Opportunities to Get Connected

 Family Small Groups are made up of four to seven families that meet together to grow in relationship with God and one another. Free childcare is provided at the church the first and third Sunday of every month, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

 Spiritual Parenting Course helps parents learn to create home environments that God can use to beckon their kids to Him. Free childcare. Sundays, 4:30-6:30 p.m. September 16, October 7 & 21, November 4, December 2 & 16.

 The Well includes teaching, personal Bible study, small group discussion, prayer and friendship around the study of God’s Word. Offered Monday evening, Wednesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. Childcare is provided on Wednesday mornings.

 Men’s Life examines the tough issues that men must face through fellowship, teaching and small groups. Tuesdays, 5:45 – 7:30 a.m. October 23rd through March 5th.

 Open Small Groups begin each Fall and meet for fellowship, Bible study and prayer. They are a great way to meet new people and get connected in the life of First Pres. Groups meet September – December.

 2nd Thursdays, Stories…, etc gives women an opportunity to share reflections about the important questions of life and faith through personal stories in a dynamic and inviting setting. Second Thursday of every month.

|
Sewing Circle is a place to gather wisdom and experience – in life and in creativity – as you sew, quilt, and knit alongside other women. All skill levels are welcome. Thursdays, 8:30-11:30.

 Discovery Class helps you learn about your own spiritual gifts and passions, the Church as the Body of Christ, and how you can uniquely serve at First Pres and in the wider community.

 MOPS Mothers of Preschoolers is designed to nurture mothers and their children from infancy through kindergarten. 9:15-11:15 a.m. on the second and fourth Monday of the month from September to May. Childcare is provided.

 Chapel Choir leads worships at the Traditional 8 a.m. service on the first Sunday of each month. Rehearsals are 9-10 a.m. every Thursday in the Choir Room.

 Chancel Choir lead worship at the 9:30 Traditional Service and rehearses Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m. in the Choir Room.

 Work Krew meets on Thursdays every week to refurbish, repair, and improve the church facilities. It is very satisfying to know that you’ve helped keep this old church in tip-top shape - but the real reward may be the great coffee and doughnuts!

 Garden Krew plays in the dirt! Each spring we plant the pots and beds surrounding the church, and tend the gardens weekly throughout the season.
