Who's Running...to God?
Jonah was a “Bible studier,” a prophet, he knew God’s voice…but he was not always a Bible doer...At first, de did not want to go and share God to his enemies…but he soon changed his tune. What we learn from Jonah is, running to God, means running to WHOEVER God desires. However, we, like Jonah, may have the gift of prophecy and all wisdom, but if we have not love, we are like clanging pots. (ref. I Cor. 13:1-2). God tells Jonah, and God is telling us, “I don’t just love you…my love is for ALL people…and I need you to be the messenger here.” God's invisiable attributes, invade this world of illusion when we love well.
