Each
year, the congregation appoints a Congregational Nominating
Committee (CNC) for the purpose of nominating six Elders,
eight Deacons and three Trustees. The
CNC begins its task by soliciting recommendations from the congregation for
each of these positions. Members of the congregation are
asked to prayerfully consider
and recommend those individuals who would be a good fit for the lay leadership
roles.
