She was sent here from heaven and she’s daddy’s little girl.” Those lyrics from Bob Carlisle’s “Butterfly Kisses” start to sum up for dads the special love we have for daughters. On February 11, you’ll have the perfect chance to show your girls that love. Those who have been to a father/daughter dance will tell you it’s an unforgettable event. Beyond the fun of dressing up and getting escorted by dad, girls experience a standard for how a gentleman treats a lady, whether she is six or sixteen.
On Saturday, February 11 First Pres will host the fourth Annual Father/Daughter Dance with a Matinee Dance from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. and an Evening Dance from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the Atrium. Dads and their daughters will have a blast on the dance floor, while a DJ spins timeless tunes and a portrait photographer captures the magic. The evening will include an unforgettable slide show of dads and their daughters (please send a picture of you and your daughter(s) to ). Refreshments will be served.
Daughters of all ages are welcome! Attire is formal.
