From the Desk of Daisy-Jo...

Meals to shut-ins:

Shirley Johannes will manage this mission of mercy. She could use a few more volunteers. If you are interested or if you know of someone who should receive meals, please call Daisy-Jo, the parish nurse at 303-402-6423.

Rides to medical appointments:

When Special transit is not an option, volunteers like Tony Angelo, Barbara Wood, Sue Sherman, Beverly Cody, and Jane Laughlin-Citarella are willing to help with this. We can assign a nurse to accompany the patient, if desired. It helps to have two sets of ears when listening to the medical provider.

Loan Closet:

There are wheel chairs, bath benches, walkers, canes and crutches among the items available for borrowing. Sign out on the clip board. Try it for a few weeks to see if the item is right for you before you buy. If you have any item to donate, it will be gratefully accepted. Please contact Daisy-Jo at 303-402-6423.
