Sunday Worship
9 a.m. - Traditional
Service of worship, teaching and ministry. This service is more formal, and includes a Choir, leading in hymn singing and other service music. Children are welcome at this service, and will be dismissed during the service for optional Sunday School. Music also includes the organ, piano, and other instrumental instrumentation. Weekly corporate recitation of the Gloria Patri, Apostles' Creed, and Doxology.
10:30 a.m. - Contemporary
In response to the Mission Study and a desire to continue to engage with the people of all ages in a truly contemporary manner, the Contemporary Worship Service made some significant changes in the fall 2010. A team of staff and lay people have been working to redesign the service in order to help people worship and engage with God and connect in community in a style that is faithful to our Reformed tradition and speaks the language of 2012. Our desire for this service is where God's Grand Story is experienced and where every person, regardless of church background, can be invited into that Story.
